Camp to Glamp
Colton Martini, founder of Camp Martini interior design, brings a unique blend of influences to his work. Raised on a Montana ranch and educated in architecture at Montana State, his aesthetic draws from the land and people of Big Sky country. Though remote, Montana welcomes outside trends from Martini's well-traveled clients. He expertly balances these urban sensibilities with local inspiration to create signature Montana style.
Recently, Martini redesigned a campsite on the Stillwater River to be both rugged and luxurious. While preserving the core outdoor experience, he added thoughtful glamping touches like a canvas bath tent. This high-low approach respects the site's heritage while elevating comfort.
Martini's collections also marry reclaimed regional materials with global pieces. At a slope-side Iron Horse residence, he worked closely with the client and builder to realize a light-filled, casual-modern vision. His architectural training helps translate desires into reality. Martini's collaborative, creative approach produces spaces that feel connected, collected and distinctly Montanan.

While Montana may be remote, it is not isolated and does exist in a highly-connected world. Colton has built a reputation on gracefully balancing the outside influences with local aesthetics to create Montana’s own brand of design.
