The owners of Brandt Construction in Whitefish, Montana, Dave and Tory Brandt, had a unique vision for their home. They wanted to create a site-specific residence that also served as a showcase and model home. The design team, builder, architect, and homeowners worked together to create a modern and luxurious take on Montana living. The Clients specific vision was quite a unique endeavor: to build an incredibly site-specific home around a central outdoor courtyard to serve as not only their personal residence but also a showpiece and model home.
